This is a listing of all the open mic nights for musicians in Greater Vancouver. Open mics come and go, so it's a good idea to call the venue first and make sure it's still open. Also check the comments at the end of the page - someone may have posted an update.
I could really use some help editing the site as I'm overwhelmed with other projects and simply haven't been making changes in a timely fashion. Interested? Please email changes (AT) openmicvancouver (DOT) com. The site is built with PMwiki and you need to use some very simple markup to edit it, but it ain't rocket science. If I had the time and budget I'd rebuild it so anyone can edit it, but... well...
To submit a new open mic or tell us about a dead one, please contact changes (AT) openmicvancouver (DOT) com or add a comment to the page that needs to be changed. Please include the address, phone number, and start time of the open mic and you'll get listed faster. Also include any useful relevant info about the open mic: do they have a piano, or extra guitars, or a drumkit? Is it a jam or is there a particular style to the event?
